The official website prudenciodj.com (including structure, design, source code, text, photographs, videos, logos, typography, audio, press kit, rider and other materials) is owned by Prudêncio or respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

It is expressly prohibited, without prior written authorization from Prudêncio, to:

• copy, reproduce, publish or redistribute any part of the site or its contents;
• create derivative works, clones, templates or sites based on this project;
• perform scraping, automated data extraction or unauthorized bulk downloading;
• use trademarks, the artist name, images or press materials for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Browsing the site does not grant any license to use the contents beyond personal and informational use. Any professional use (press, promoters, partners) must comply with the limits set out on this page and in download materials.

Gallery photographs, PDFs (press kit, rider) and ZIP files (high-resolution photos, full pack) are provided for promoters, bookers, press and professional partners in the context of booking, event promotion and authorized media coverage.

Not permitted:

• reselling, sublicensing or publicly redistributing these files;
• altering photos or documents in a way that harms the artist's image or reputation;
• using materials in campaigns, products or contexts not previously agreed.

For uses outside this scope (advertising, merchandising, third-party publishing, etc.), contact bookings@prudenciodj.com in advance.

bookings@prudenciodj.com is the official channel for booking, press and professional enquiries related to Prudêncio.

Contact protection: email and data sent via the site form are treated confidentially in order to respond to your request. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties for marketing.

When you use the contact form, you voluntarily provide:

• name;
• email address;
• subject (booking, press/media, collaboration, other);
• message.

This data is processed by the site hosting service (Netlify Forms) and forwarded to the professional email address indicated. We use it only to communicate with you and handle booking or press requests.

If you prefer not to use the form, you may email bookings@prudenciodj.com directly.

To protect the site, prevent abuse, spam and malicious automated access, we apply technical monitoring measures. Information that may be recorded:

• IP address (approximate);
• pages visited and sections accessed;
• downloads of files (PDF, ZIP);
• form submissions (visit, download or form — without publishing the full message in internal alert channels);
• referer (origin page, when available);
• user-agent (browser/device identification).

These logs may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g. Netlify) and internal security notification systems.

Automatic alerts: when the same IP performs multiple accesses in a short period (e.g. 5 or more actions within the same hour — visits, downloads or form submissions), an internal alert may be generated for review to detect possible abuse or scraping.

Logs are kept only as long as necessary for security, site operation and incident response, and are not used for commercial profiling.

By using this site, you accept that these technical logs may be recorded under the conditions described.

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies or known marketing trackers.

We may use localStorage in your browser only to save your language preference (Portuguese or English) so you do not have to select it on every visit.
